1. パーパス（purpose） から始める
2. AoAD2 Practice: Visual Planningを用いて、possible valuable incrementsの地図を作る
3. AoAD2 Practice: Visual Planningを続けて使って、最初のいくつかのインクリメントをsmallest valuable incrementsに分解する
4. smallest valuable incrementsの中でまずやるものをAoAD2 Practice: The Planning Gameで（ちょうどいい大きさの） "just right" stories に分解する
5. （雑）task planningで開発タスクに分解する
6. （雑）incremental requirementsで要件の詳細を決定する
